TradeSignal helps UK trade businesses keep their information fresh, request genuine reviews and make their services easier for customers and search systems to understand. Connected AI assistants may query opted-in public directory information. We provide the tools and sending infrastructure; rankings, recommendations, enquiries and revenue are not guaranteed.

You must give accurate details, keep your login secure, and be authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• A payment card is required to start the 30-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. Prices include VAT where applicable.
• The Founding Member plan is a £125 one-off setup fee charged at signup, then £50 per month from day 31, limited to the first 10 trade businesses. Promotion codes may waive the setup fee. The setup fee is non-refundable. Founding Members keep that rate for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption.
• Once Founding Member places are taken, standard pricing applies: a £150 one-off setup fee is charged at signup for hands-on Google Business Profile work. The first month of the subscription is free; the first £97 monthly payment is taken on day 31, then monthly in advance. The £150 setup fee is non-refundable: it pays for work we start straight away. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
• The trial includes the TradeSignal software, guided self-setup, review-request messaging, progress tracking, service and FAQ tools, and directory listing. Hands-on Google Business Profile creation, refresh or optimisation by TradeSignal begins only if you continue as a paying member.
• Failed payments may result in the service being suspended until settled.

You can cancel during the trial and no payment will be taken. After the trial, you can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid month. We do not pro-rate part months. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has started. If we get something badly wrong, tell us — we would rather fix it or refund than argue.

You may only send review requests to real customers you have done work for and who you are lawfully allowed to contact. You must not send marketing, bulk or unsolicited messages, incentivise or fake reviews, or breach Google's review policies, PECR or UK GDPR. We may suspend accounts that do, without refund.

You keep ownership of your business information, services, FAQs and customer data. You grant us permission to process it to run the service. We keep ownership of TradeSignal itself, including the software and templates.

Google, Stripe, GatewayAPI and similar providers set their own rules and can change them. We are not responsible for their outages, decisions or policy changes, including how Google ranks or displays your profile.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

We may update these terms and will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes affecting paid plans. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. See also our Privacy Policy.
