Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These terms apply when you create a TradeSignal account or subscribe to a plan. By using the service you agree to them. Questions: hello@azuni.world.
The service
TradeSignal helps UK trade businesses keep their Google Business Profile fresh, send review requests and improve how they appear in search and AI assistants. We provide the tools and the sending infrastructure; the results depend on your business, your customers and third-party platforms we do not control.
Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your login secure, and be authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
- The Founding Member plan is £97 per month with no setup fee, limited to the proof-of-concept group. Founding Members keep that rate for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption.
- Once Founding Member places are taken, standard pricing applies: a £250 one-off setup fee plus £97 per month.
- Failed payments may result in the service being suspended until settled.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the paid month. We do not pro-rate part months. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has started. If we get something badly wrong, tell us — we would rather fix it or refund than argue.
Acceptable use of messaging
You may only send review requests to real customers you have done work for and who you are lawfully allowed to contact. You must not send marketing, bulk or unsolicited messages, incentivise or fake reviews, or breach Google's review policies, PECR or UK GDPR. We may suspend accounts that do, without refund.
Your content
You keep ownership of your business information, services, FAQs and customer data. You grant us permission to process it to run the service. We keep ownership of TradeSignal itself, including the software and templates.
Third-party platforms
Google, Stripe, Twilio and similar providers set their own rules and can change them. We are not responsible for their outages, decisions or policy changes, including how Google ranks or displays your profile.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes affecting paid plans. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. See also our Privacy Policy.
